Action Nissan

Mr. Rossi,

Thank you for taking the time to return my call today.  The original intent of the call was to tell you we are happy customers.  My family has done business with Lois Davidson on several occasions.  Three of the four vehicles in the driveway were purchased from Action Nissan/Louis.  When our son started looking for a used truck I explained, if you are going to a dealer, at least go to someone we trust.  As a buyer and more importantly, as Josh's mother, I trust Louis.  I knew Louis would show Josh only reliable vehicles and do his best to get a reasonable price for the chosen one.  Josh knew what he was looking for and had a price in mind.  Honestly, I was surprised when he told me he was trading "Red" in.  That was not part of the original mind set.  I know, it is a rough looking truck, but he loved it and there was sentimental value too.  There was some frustration in regards to the "ding/dent" the day Josh came to pick the truck up.  It is being handled in a very positive manner.

My wish is to share how much I appreciate Louis and his commitment to providing outstanding service, quality vehicles, and a reasonable price.

I could not be happier with Action Nissan, ask for Louis! After dealing with multiple other dealers who had their own agenda, my experience with my salesman Louis could not have been more pleasant. There was no haggling over a price, they simply gave me the best price on my new 2012 Versa SV. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a Nissan. And if you aren't considering a Nissan, I would urge you to reconsider.

My salesman Jerry Lopez was great, he worked very hard to accommodate me with getting my new car delivered and also worked with me on correcting some problems that came up. The finance manager that worked with me was very knowledgeable and spoke to me honestly and showed me things about purchasing a new car I wasn't previously aware of, I forget his name but I believe his first name was Jose. Then finally I have to commit on the very beautiful customer service representative Janelle Cantrall, she was very helpful and friendly, she alone made my experience there a delight!! I know there are car buying experiences sometimes that aggravate customers, but all these people seem to be willing to go out of their way to help you and treat you right, I highly recommend Action Nissan as a place to purchase your next vehicle.

Today I had a GREAT experience with Action Nissan. I was giving very poor service at another dealer and shared my experience with them and was immediately told that I would received better service. Today i was able to get into the car I wanted with more than I originally wanted, with an amazing trade allowance on my old car. I am very pleased with Action Nissan and their sale man Arcento. He responded to me in a timely manner from my online request and set up an appointment ASAP. He did an excellent job correcting the mistakes of another dealer. Thanks Action Nissan.
